By registering an account, you are confirming that you find these Website Terms acceptable. Without accepting these Website terms, you will not be allowed to place any orders through our Website or use any of our services. By signing up for this Website, you also confirm that you are of legal age and hold the right to make purchases on this Website.
1. INTRODUCTION AND OUR ROLE
1.1 TASTY CLICK is a restaurant marketplace operated by Kaothon International Limited with a registered office at Suite 79, Dansville Plaza, Gudu District, Apo, Abuja, Nigeria.
1.2 TASTY CLICK provides a quick and efficient method platform for you to order your food from the listed restaurants (“Delivery Restaurants”) which are displayed on this Website.
1.3 If the delivery of your order is taking longer than expected or you have any other problems with your order, you can contact our customer support team by clicking on the “Need help?” box and filling in the required details. You may also do this by contacting our customer support team through telephone on the number(s) listed on this Website. One of our customer support team members will contact the Delivery Restaurant in order to follow up on the status of your order. A customer support agent is also available to chat with you on the website
1.4 TASTY CLICK holds customer satisfaction in high regard; therefore, in the event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of food ordered through this Website, subject to paragraph 3.3 below, TASTY CLICK will assist you, where possible, in seeking a refund from the restaurant to a maximum amount equivalent to the value of the original order. It is vital that our consumers provide ratings and feedbacks on the Website in order to reflect their experiences with different restaurants, as user feedback is a critical part of our quality control process. Please note that any complaint must be lodged with our customer support team, using the method outlined above, within 48 hours of placing the order.
1.5 Most areas of this website are accessible to users without the need to make a TASTY CLICK account and registering your details with us. However, to avail our services the users must make an account.
1.6 By accessing any part of this Website, you indicate that you accept these Website Terms. If you do not accept these Website Terms, you must leave this Website immediately.
1.7 TASTY CLICK may revise these Website Terms at any time. You should check this Website regularly to review the current Website Terms, because they are binding on you. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions which are in place at the time that you order products from us.
1.8 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your Internet connection are aware of these Website Terms and that they comply with them.
2. HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER AND HOW IT IS PROCESSED
2.1 Firstly, scroll through the listed Delivery Restaurants menus and choose the items that you wish to order. After this, you will be required to fill out the requisite details that we need to make your order possible. Please make sure that you double check the information that you have provided and correct all errors, as this information is essential for delivery. Once you have provided the required information, you can confirm your order by clicking on the “proceed”, “place my order” or a similar button (this button may change with website updates, but it will be made clear which you are to press). Please note; after you have clicked this button, it is not possible to edit the information that you have provided.
2.2 If at any moment, prior to proceeding with clicking on the order confirmation button, you decide not to continue with the ordering process, you can cancel the order by closing the application window.
2.3 Upon the confirmation of your order, TASTY CLICK will send you a confirmation email, informing you that the order has been placed and that it is being processed.
2.4 In the case of any payment you make not being authorized, you shall be redirected to the previous Page on the website and TASTY CLICK will not be providing any services to you.
2.5 Please note; once your order has been processed and the payment transaction has been authorized, you do not have the option of cancelling the order, nor will you be entitled to a refund.
2.6 There have been some delays with processing payments and transactions from time to time; if this occurs, then it will result in payments taking up to thirty (30) days to be deduced from your bank account or charged to your credit card.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1 Prices will be cited on TASTY CLICK website. These prices will include the delivery costs that will be added to the total due amount (if you prefer delivery instead of collection). This will be clearly indicated on the order summary where applicable before payment is made.
3.2 This Website contains a vast list of menus and thus, there exists a remote possibility that some items on these menus might be incorrectly priced. If the correct price for an item is higher that the quoted price, TASTY CLICK will normally inform you before the order is placed with the Delivery Restaurant. TASTY CLICK will not provide you the order on the incorrect lower price, nor is obligated to compensate you in regards to the incorrect pricing.
3.3 If you have a complaint regarding the quality of food or service being provided by the Delivery Restaurant, the first step is to lodge a complaint with the management of the restaurant and to seek compensation from them directly. TASTY CLICK is not obligated to provide refunds on the behalf of the restaurants and is not liable for any such refunds sought.
3.4 Payment for all orders must be by credit or debit card as stated on this Website, or in cash at the point of delivery to you.
3.5 If you use a promotional code that is endorsed and recognized by TASTY CLICK Website, you may be able to redeem the discount value with your order.
3.6 There may be some delays with processing payments and transactions from time to time; if this occurs then it will result in payments taking up to seven (7) days to be deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card.
4.1 While TASTY CLICK tries to ensure that information on this Website is correct, we do not promise it is accurate or complete. TASTY CLICK may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the services and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and TASTY CLICK makes no commitment to update that material. In particular, we do not promise that the information provided by the Delivery Restaurants and displayed on this Website (such as the menus, pricing and estimated times for deliveries and collections) is correct or up to date.
4.2 TASTY CLICK provides you with access to this Website and our services on the basis that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including any conditions implied by law which but for these Website Terms might apply in relation to this Website and the services that we provide).
4.3 You are responsible for the security of your password that you used to register with this Website. Unless TASTY CLICK negligently discloses your password to a third party, TASTY CLICK will not be liable for any unauthorized transaction entered into using your name and password.
4.4 PLEASE NOTE: TASTY CLICK tries to accurately copy the item names, descriptions, prices, heat and allergenic warnings and other information ("Menu Information") from the menus that are provided to us by Delivery Restaurants. However, it is the Delivery Restaurants that are responsible for providing this Menu Information and ensuring that it is factually accurate. If you are in doubt about allergy warnings, contents of a dish or any other Menu Information, you should confirm with the Delivery Restaurant directly before ordering. TASTY CLICK is not responsible for the quality of food, its preparation or its delivery. We act as agents through which the consumer can place their orders. The responsibility for the quality of food and the delivery lies solely with the Delivery Restaurants.
5. VIOLATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TASTY CLICK may terminate or suspend (at our absolute discretion) your right to use this Website and your use of the services immediately; we do this by notifying you in writing (including by email) if we believe that you have committed any action which can be deemed to be illegal under law, or if we find out that you have breached any material terms of these Website Terms.
